DESCRIPTION

1. teams of 5 - one player in the middle shoulder pass, chest pass out and in. focus on accuracy of the pass. Have arms outstretched to receive pass.

Captain ball - one thrower rest of team in lines crouch down when pass has been receive.

consider type of pass which needs to be made as you throw the ball to the back of the line.

Banana peel activity - teams stand opposite each other pass ball opposite then run to back of the line players move down to fill up the space.
