Training Warm up
Tall Man - Stand tall on tippy toes with arms stretched high above the head and walk to the transverse line and return
Lunges -Slowly step forward allowing both knees to bend so that the thigh of the forward leg is parallel to the floor and the knee of the rear leg almost touches the floor. Then, slowly push off with forward leg to return to the starting position.
Forward/Backwards Jog- Jog to the first transverse line then turn and jog backward to the next transverse line then turn and jog forwards to the base line. repeat on return.
Line Jumps - Jump with both feet together to and from either side of the transverse line, to increase the spring of your jump.
Quick Steps - shuffle feet one two one two back and forth over the line
Side Steps - side step along the base lines and around the goal cirlces
Sprints - Sprint off down the side line to the transverse line to the next activity
