GS leads out of circle to receive side line throw in from WA. GK allows GS to receive pass, gets their 3 feet to defend pass from GS to C.
GK then shadows/zones and impedes GS's run back into the circle. GK must keep back straight and arms to their side when doing this.
Once it becomes apparent GS is going to get around GK, GK turns to run with GS looking to intercept pass in from C.
Done in pairs lined up at base line.
