1.Girls split into pairs. Approximately 2 mtrs apart. Player not holding the balls runs up to the player with ball .
2.She taps the ball and runs back .
3.The player with the ball throws over the head of the player running back. The player running tries to catch the ball
4.Then the player who through the ball repeats the play
5.Players take in turn to throw and recieve the ball
