In pairs along the baseline facing each other.
players complete 10 ,stationary 2 handed passes to each other before continuing full court. 1 player will be running backwards, while the other is facing down court. 2 handed pass.
Players jog back to start and swap player position to repeat drill above.
REPEAT X 3 each
As above with Right handed pass x 3
As above with left handed pass x 3
LOB PASS
Start as above with 10 lob passes to baseline player without player jumping for the ball., just a stretch.
Once they start running down court, the lob pass is jumped for.
Only the player running forward recieves the lob.
Swap over players and repeat x 3 each.
