A runs to first marker, then must run to a second marker before coming back to the middle marker. Use all markers, always coming back to the centre marker.
Add a dodge on the edge markers.
Add a ball - A will receive the pass when they land on the middle marker.
Vary this - add a second attacker - same drill but communication is key.
The players must communicate who will be where and when. They can run between other markes at this point too. Use this in the goal circle.
