This is very similar to the previous drill, the participants must line up in fours, this time however the distances between the players should be increased by about a metre; the reason for this being that the drill is being progressed and the participans should now be performing a 'spin pass' as opposed to a 'pop' pass.
The passes must go backwards and after the line of four has completed the passing all the way down the line they should filter around the sides and complete the drill again.
The pass should be recieved early and brought across the body, with both hands facing the direction in which they wish the pass to go, elbow should be kept high in order to maintain control.
