When the players reach the end of coned area they should just run around and form another line of 4 ready to complete another cycle of passes. The pass that should be completed is a 'pop' or 'push' pass as the distance in which they are passing over is very short.
The particpants should recieve the ball high and early, keep their hands out ready to recieve the pass, they should move their hands across their body in a single motion.
