DESCRIPTION

  • Pairs facing each other - basic passing
  • 10 Chest passes
  • 10 shoulder passes right hand
  • 10 shoulder passes left hand
    • Focus for shoulder passes to be pushed away a little so partner has to stretch for the pass.
  • 10 lobs
    • run forward, touch the ball and run back at an angle to receive the pass.
    • start a certain distance apart and then slowly move backwards, ensuring the passes are strong enough and make the right shape to be a lob.
