The Worker starts with the ball, They pass it to the Passer. When the passer is ready to pass the Worker drives to one of the 3 red cones where they recieve the ball from the passer. They pivot passing the ball back to the line of Workers, the Worker srive to where the Passer was becoming the new Passer (the original passer goes to back of worker line)
Remind Players of the take-off technique.
Workers should recieve the ball with out stretched arms
Timing - passer should be timing their pass so that players recieve the ball at the dot, worker should not be driving until the passer is ready to pass.
Straight drive should be a strong lead, not slowing down until after they have caught the ball
