The two teams will run out from the back line into the space and receieve the ball in the space from the thrower. The two players will run forward again into the centre and from the centre pass line sprint forward to compete for the ball which will be throw forward from the thrower.
Players are to ensure that they are changing directon and running into areas of space. By covering space across court this avoids crowding. Players also are to sprint towards the ball to therefore compete for the ball.
