The players line up the hall, using diagonal runs, each player drives forward to recieve a pass from their team mate. The player must ensure that the person with the ball is ready to make the passm to make sure that they are not running to early. This becomes critical at the next stage.
THE BALL STARTS WITH THE GK
Once the ball is getting up the court without being dropped add in a set of defenders one per person, so each person is being marked. The attacking team have to repeat the activity with a passive defender, (they walk beside the player but do not try to intercept the ball) and then with an active defender (they are trying to intercept the ball) if the ball is intercepted the ball goes back to the GK.
