Split the group into two teams.
Each team has to stand opposite eachother in a line on the cone.
The first person starts by doing a long chest pass to the person at the other end.
The starting person then runs so they're only a couple yards away from the reciever.
They then recieve the ball back, the other person runs in line with them but the other side and recieves the ball and passes back to the front of the line.
Repeat through.
*Start by walking through so they understand what they are doing and where they have to go.
Increase the speed as they get better at it.
