Red team starts jogging in a circle clockwise
Blue team starts jogging in a circle anti-clockwise.
When the whistle is blown that is when they stop running and the defence starts.
Aim of the blue team is for the blue team to make it past the green cones with out being tagged/touched by the defence team (red)
Aim of the red team is for the red team to try and stop the blue team from getting to the cones
