COACHING POINTS

  • WA and GA are to move together to one corner of the court (can be left or right)
  • GD and WD will set up on the inside of their players (just like #1) then run out on an angle in front of their players
  • C is typically going to pass to WD when they are at least at centre circle depth (you have 3 seconds, wait)
  • WA - will need to create a fake lead into the centre third, before creating their second lead (second lead not shown)
  • GA - will drop back off the transverse line towards goal circle
