What are some defensive drills for zone to 8 and 9 year olds? What are some good drills for teaching players to play offense against a zone? Thanks, John

Just wondering if anyone has any tips/drills on really drumming into the kids that as soon as they get passed the ball they must dribble/shoot/pass rather than just running (and travelling!) down the court! Bear in mind these are beginner little girls who have never played before!! I'm doing lots of dribbling drills but thought you might all have some tips. Thanks in advance :)
My team has the technique down for rebounding. My struggle is getting the team in the mindset to use this technique on a regular basis. Does anyone have drills to help make young players more instinctive/consistent rebounders?

Wow what a great website, I have found sportplan an important tool for me when planning my netball sessions with my netball team. What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
