DESCRIPTION

(1) Send ball into wall, retrieve, (2) stop, look and turn to send ball onto feeder, (3) following ball at speed, short pass and return, (4) receive lofted pass back towards wall, turn in air to face wall…repeat Work for 30-60 seconds depending on ability. Swap with partner.

Strong accurate passes Fast feet Use of head, shoulders hips to change direction (in air) quickly Change of pace, differentiation of pace
