Run through to shoot 1. Feet shoulder width apart 2. placement hands on ball 3. Where your arms should 4. What should the movement do your le and arms do when you are taking the shot. everyone lines up behind the smallest post. once they have shot 2 in the smallest post, they move up to the middle post. once they have shot 3 in the middle post they move up to the highest post. once players are spread out , make it game. So 1 point for the smallest post, 3 points in the middle post, 5 in the tallest one. This drill is just to see the different shooting abilites.
