pair up your players in twos. one player is blindfolded and the other is the communicator. 1. Communicator must navigated their blindfolded partner through the box of cones. if player steps/touches one of the cones, they must be be led back to start. if needed set off the next pair while other pair return. 2. if available. The communicator must assist in this exercise, only when they have led their partner to the start of the bench. Communicator must guide their blindfoled partner across the bench. Communicator must hold partners hand to assist across bench to ensure safety if loss of balance. 3. communicator must direct their partner to the cone and turn them to face them. Communicator must relay that they are going to be doing a chest pass to their partner. Blindfolded player must try and catch the pass and pass it back to the communicator. If pass if not caught, communicator must direct them to where the ball is and pick it up. 4. Communicator must direct their partner through the path of close cones. 5. communicator must navigate their partner through the cones, tribbling a netball through them. 6. communicator must navigate their partner to the rope or a small hurdle and jump over/step over. 7. navigate their partner to the ball and player must shoot at goal. It has to just the ring before exercise is complete and blindfold can be removed.
