Each attacker will stand on base line doing little feet. When the whistle blows they will sprint and stop themselves (stable and without stepping) in line with each cone. Once they have this sorted, add in a pass in line with each cone instead.
Make sure when you stop you are landing stable, bend your knees. Land with two feet, if you are unstable keep one foot grounded and step forward with the other for more stability. No stepping.
