DESCRIPTION

Focus on low hips for balance, minimal ground contact, explosive first steps when accelerating, drop hips when decelerating, land on oustide foot when receiving ball

COACHING POINTS

Split players in 2 lines Players then • step laterally over cones with both feet then return, • accelerate to next cones and repeat then, • accelerate at a 45 angle receiving ball on outside foot from feeder • pass back to feeder n return to back of other line.
