start at the 4 green cones and fast feet around them then percieve to the ladder and going to the hurdles and fast feet to the cones and around the cone to a person with the ball does some throw and the players need to land on their outside foot from that they ru towrads another person holding a ball and put hands over to defend it then side step around the goal circle in the other cones and re start
