
1. Elimination. Both players advance to middle. Ball-carrier feints to left, drags right and both players continue running to their opposite cone. Then pass to other player and repeat. 2. Passing. Four players pass a ball around the cone, all the way back to the start, before a fifth player can carry the ball around the outside of the cone back to the start. 3. Stick skills. Dribble the ball through the minefield of cones to the opposite side. Try not to touch any of them! 4. Pass+Move. The two players at the same end simultaneously pass to their counterparts, then switch places before receiving the ball back.
Timing: allow around 20 minutes for these activities, i.e. 5 mins per station.
