Make it pretty big so that they can all have their own ball to practice walking through (noodles, rebound ball, exercise ball etc.) 1. Player passes ball for post-up player. 2. Post-up receive around tyre. Left to right drag. Pass off right foot if high skill level. 3. Forestick receive and jink through upright tyre. Freestyle through 3 cones (3D skills or drags). 90 degree pass. 4. One-touch receive before shot.
1. Focus on fluid receive upon post-up. 2. Quality of 90-degree pass: Keep head down if bouncy. 3. Knocking ball gently upon receive into position for goal shot.
