Round the obstacles, then score in the goal. 1. Free practice: individually or with a parent/partner. Divide into 3 teams. 2. Timed: how many goals can each team score in a minute? 3. Relay race: score then run back + touch next person on shoulder. Which team finished first? Which team got the most goals? Notes: Encourage parents to join in. They must score in smaller cone gates inside the goals. Optional: have a no-go zone/line in front of goal which players can't cross, to encourage shooting further out.
This practice is aimed at Under-8s and practices shooting + ball control.
