Hi Rhiannon,

To add progressions to the "Catching on the Move" drill and make it more challenging, you can introduce a defender. Here's a progression plan:

  1. Add Light Defense: Introduce a defensive player to disrupt the area. This defender should apply light pressure to the attackers, making it more challenging for them to catch the ball on the move.
  2. Increase Defense: Add another defender or instruct the existing defender to become more active. This will require the attackers to improve their decision-making and movement to successfully catch the ball.

For more details on similar drills and progressions, you can check out the "Simple run through with progressions" drill here: 1 Simple run through with progressions.
