Description

  • The aim of the drill improve kick offs and accuracy.

Coaching points

  • Concentrate on the process of the drop.
  • The coach will call out what area he wants the kicker to hit, 1-7
  • Each kick of requires different techniques and strengths of kicks.
  • Players focus is to be consistent in his drop outs and hitting the areas.
  • Total of 14 kicks
