This session focuses on the core netball skill of turning in the air when receiving the ball to help your players beat/lose their defender, play faster netball and put pressure on their opponent's shooting circle.
To do this we get your players thinking about their footwork and what is the quickest and most effective way of getting the ball from A to B through challenging and competitive practices. No player gets left out as we get your who team improving their jump turns.
Session outcome:
By the end of this session your players will start to understand why turning in the air is more effective than pivoting. Players will also understand how effective the straight line ball is when executed correctly.
