this drill is a development into the first drill, two players stand at the back so the GK and GS, the WA and WD run across each other receiving the ball from the C and GD. they will do this 3 times until the C and GD drop the ball and the WA and WD run and pick up the ball, tip it to C and GD where they throw the ball overhead and the WA and WD will receive it and throw back to them. C and GD then drop the ball and run to where the WA and WD were, the WA and WD go to the back and the GK and GS are now where the C and GD were. the two groups do this 2x through. After I make a competition where the two teams go against each other and the first team to have there players back in the original order where they started wins.
