
There will be 2 large squares set up in the hall. From 1 cone to another the players will be opening and closing the gates. From the next cone they will be doing alternating lunges. Then they will jog from the next cone. Then they will do windmills with their arms. This will be done twice to ensure muscles are stretched and warmed up properly before the drills of the session.
Keep your core tight to hold up your tummy. Look where you are going. Take your time, donât go too fast and hurt yourself. Next person can only go once the person in front is halfway between the first and second cone. Will be done twice.
