DESCRIPTION

2 players sqaut down an equal distance from a cone. The coach or a third player call out a body position and the players have to have their hands there. This continues untill the coach/player call sout CONE. Both players then must try and grab the cone. The player who doesnt grab the cone must perform a forefit ie. push-ups, sit-ups, burpees ect...
