
1 player starts in the middle with the ball and skips a player and passes the ball to the player after the one they skipped. They then pass it to that player then the plyer that was skipped and the player in the middle switch places. The player with the ball passes it back to the player in the middle. Then repeat that back at forth. After the team has that down pat they player that passed the ball can become the defender. Equiment: 1 Ball Players (works well with 10)
