DESCRIPTION

all 12 players for the cool down must do a slow jog up and down the third of the of the court 5 times. Then they do so dynamic stretches, lunges, squats, high knees, heel flicks. after that do some static stretches, arm stretches, leg stretches. ensure everyone feels like they`ve cooled down properly and if not for them to do some more stretches.
