Ball put into play by toss in the middle of cone set up. Winner of toss & their team must use 6 passes before theu can score a point by receiving a pass within their 'zone. Normal netball rules apply. PROGRESSION: Teams must use at least 2 Chest Passes and 2 Lobs (correct technique) as part of their 6 passes.
Use different passes based on what you have been learning in sessions. Overhead, shoulder, chest, lob, bounce, roll etc.
