
The passer stands at the ring whilst the shooter sprints to cone 1, does a quick change of direction and sprints back to hit point 2. They then shoot a goal and repeat the process until they have completed the circle around the ring.
Make sure they're changing direction properly otherwise they have a chance at damaging their knee.
