
Make a square with at least two players at each corner. White C starts with the ball. Dark C leads for the ball and receives a pass half way. The GD then leads and receives the ball half way. Once the ball has been thrown the player then runs to the back of the next line. Bold lines = ball being thrown Dotted lines = running
