In a large circle, the ball will start with a player standing in the circle. The ball will be passed to the person in the middle. The person who threw the ball will run into the middle, the person in the middle will then pass the ball to next person in the circle and run to where the ball is being thrown. The key is to follow the ball! Where the ball goes that is where you run to. The class will be split into 2/3 groups. Progression â To make it harder a second ball can be added at the other half of the circle.
Look where you want to pass the ball. Quick/accurate passes. Follow your pass. PAY ATTENTION, OR YOU MIGHT GET HIT IN FACE! Chest passes. Say the persons name before you pass.
