Need a minimum of 8 players, and 2 balls. split evenly into four groups one group behind each cone with the balls at opposite cones, players from the cones that dont have a ball run into the middle and recieve a pass they then pass the ball forward to the other cone and follow the ball then the next two players from the other cones repeat the practice.
Start by walking throught the drill then increas into jogging, once they have the hang of this increase the speed to a run, and make the playing area smaller. You can also change side3, recieving the pass on both left and right sides. through out the practice shout switch so they have to start thinking and change the sides of reception.
