Athlete in the centre starts with the ball. Can pass to either lead on Left on right. After passing the athlete continues running around the furtherest athlete on the same side they passed off to. Ball passes from L/R athlete until the final lead is in best position to shoot in the circle. Repeat from other end.
Clear WIDE. Change of PACE. Aim to recieve the ball in the centre corridor. Deliver the ball on extension into space. PROGRESSION: First 2 over the line become defenders and the other 3 continue back in a 3 athlete weave while being defended. Defenders drop out and the last attack over the line becomes a new defence. Two attackers work the ball back again under pressure.
