
Split group into 3/6 depending on numbers. Maximum of 7 per group. 1st third - players line up behind each other, feeder stands in front of the line and facing players. Players must run out to a point before driving back in toward the ball. Players must try to land 1-2 (footwork). 2nd third - In groups of 2 players must complete 10 chest, shoulder, and bounce passes. 3rd third - players in a line. Defender in the middle, players must drive out and then get in front of defender before receiving from feeder. Defender at 20% to begin with.
Clear instructions and demonstrations. On players first turn go through the drill slowly, not rushing players. 1st third - encourage players to do correct footwork. First foot is superglued, on pivot. 2nd third - demonstrate the correct passing actions. Bring ball up before passing.
