Footwork drills:There will be 4 players,2 players on each side about 2 meters away from each other.The player who starts passes to the moving player which is running into the middle,which is from the opposite side.They have to catch it and land and pivert and pass to the next player.The aim of the drill is to teach the players about footwork and being able to pivot within the game.The drill will last for 5 minutes.If they have got the hang of it they will have to get faster.
