
Set up with half the players stood around the edge of the court, the other half line up in the D with a ball each. The first player passes to the first outside player and runs in a straight line, receiving and passing to each consecutive player.
Outside players must pass the ball in front of where the player is running. The player running should not stop and should not be side stepping, the aim is to receive and pass on the move. Allow a slight gap between each player going. Eye contact and signalling is vital.
