
Feeder needs to pass to the attacker in line with the cone. The attacker needs to turn head quickly to get whole body around to catch the ball. This is easier to not footwork aswell as the whole body is around the right way.
Turning outwards- to allow the feet and body to turn in direction of play. Turning head first- gets body whole body and feet around quicker.
