
Drill Description: Groups of three, two passes and one worker. In a straight line with a couple metres between them. âworkerâ in the middle is focusing one landing and the âpassersâ are giving the ball correctly for them to practise. Passer 1 passes to the worker in the middle. The worker catches the ball with the correct landing (2-foot landing/right/left), turns around and passes to the passer 2. Repeat. During this drill the teacher can provide individual feedback while walking around.
