No ball Working in pairs - one defender and one attacker. Attackers face away from the defender, throw and imaginary ball and turn around. Defence passively attempts to go for imaginary ball, when the attack turns around they recover to get into 3 feet. Attacker throws imaginary pass - Defenders step up to the attack and begin blocking the movement. Attackers aim to get past the defense - passive to start with and then working up to 60% intensity. Emphasis should be on defensive movement and no contacting from either player.
