DESCRIPTION

The player runs to the opposite hula hoop, receives the ball from the feeder, make a full pivot and passes back to the feeder.

COACHING POINTS

when they relieve the ball in the hula oops make sure they land BOTH feet in the hoop then make a full pivot and pass back to the feeder. Make sure that as the players cross, they don't bump into each other and time their runs.
