Footwork and driving forward drill drive forward to first cone side step to left cone then diagonal then side then drive forward to receive catch one foot landing
Eyes up when doing footwork making sure they spring forward driving onto the throw landing one foot and throwing back. Make sure reverse grid. Set up 3 grids to maximize getting through.
