Set up four dots 1 metre apart in a square calling them a/b/c/d Worker to stand in the middle of the square doing fast feet. You call a b c or d and they have to go out and around then back to the middle doing fast feet. (Always facing forward and eyes up). Do drill for a minute then swop workers Add extra calls like b c jump a d c jump Add a ball taking turns to pass and work Equipment: Dots Ball
