
Attackers (ATT) vs Defenders (DEF) DEF team start with ball + tries to keep possession inside box. If Attacking team win the ball, they can break to goal. If DEF team then regains possession, they try to pass or carry back to box, and game resets with teams swapped. If breaking ATT score or hit ball out, reset to the box + switch roles. Optional: if DEF team keeps possession for [8] passes, they can break to goal.
