Attackers (ATT) have an overload, i.e. 5v3. ATT keep possession, while DEF (in bibs) must win the ball. ATT can make X mistakes (i.e. ball out/lose possession). X = the no. of ATT, i.e. 5. Then swap DEF. Progressions: 3 touches only. Place the [5] balls on one backline. ATT have [5] chances to carry over the opposite backline. Instead of reaching the backline, ATT must deposit 1 ball into different hoops placed around the pitch. This varies the attacking focus + direction.
Questions/feedback: Can you keep a shape (in 3s/as a whole team) that always gives the ball-carrier at least 2 passing options? How can you avoid making mistakes (when receiving/passing)? How can you communicate better?
